I usually use a deodorant stick after showering, but if you've already started sweating before applying, I recommend this spray type. It's great from a hygiene perspective. Apply it to areas prone to sweating or odor. Of course, it's best to shower and remove any remaining deodorant once you get home.

Be careful not to spray for too long as it can get extremely cold, almost to the point of frostbite. Short, frequent applications are the way to go.

I've rarely used spray deodorants besides Nivea, but this one feels refreshing and clean when applied compared to the original Nivea. The cooling sensation upon spraying is its biggest advantage!
