This hydrating essence was a staple in my routine for quite a while. When used in my morning skincare, it did an excellent job of refining my skin texture. It's a product that sticks to the basics - not too much, not too little, just right.

For those with combination dehydrated skin, you might want to layer this product for better hydration.

It's not as rich as I'd like, so I have to apply it multiple times. Normally, you only need a small amount of serum, but not with this one.

As I have very dry skin, I always use moisturizers and serums. This one is affordable, so I'm using it regularly.

After the reformulation, I started experiencing breakouts, so I had to switch to a different emulsion.

Before the reformulation, this was a product I consistently used for its hydrating and reliable performance!

I wish it came in a larger size with more product.

First off, the scent is absolutely delightful. It's not too runny, which makes it easy to apply.

While there's nothing specifically disappointing about it, it's not exceptionally great value for money. So I always make sure to buy it when it's on sale!

I think I've used at least 6 bottles of this product since my first purchase! I'm not a fan of sticky finishes or ones that are too matte, so I prefer products that are moderately moisturizing without being tacky. This one hits that sweet spot perfectly when I use it! While I'm not an expert on ingredients, I'm not particularly sensitive, so I've never experienced any blemishes when using this alongside other skincare products. It's my go-to, reliable option when I don't have anything else on hand.

It's great for soothing the skin when you've gotten too much sun in the summer. I use this serum in place of an emulsion, and the cool, refreshing application really lifts my mood.

It's hard to find any downsides to this product. It's a line that offers great value for money.

I've been using Missha products for my skincare routine for years, especially the Aqua line. The serum, in particular, works wonders for me. The feeling when I apply the serum is absolutely fantastic! It's perfect for my dry skin... The product is gentle, pure, and doesn't cause any irritation. When it's on sale, I can get it at a great price, which is awesome. It absorbs well and has a gel-cream texture that's hydrating and sinks right into the skin. I never skip this product in my summer routine. Personally, I love using this serum in place of an emulsion. When it's too hot to layer multiple products in summer, try applying this after your toner for a refreshing sensation. I have extremely dry skin, so I use it year-round.

The scent is so strong that I find myself avoiding it. With so much fragrance, I'm concerned it might irritate my skin.

The adhesion and application are great. It goes on smoothly and feels gentle on the skin.

While it's very hydrating, when used alone, it can feel a bit oily after a while. It's not too bad though, and still usable. I'm not too picky about ingredients, so it was fine for me. This is my second bottle.

It feels incredibly hydrating! Unlike water-based toners or essences, it has a slight viscosity that helps lock in moisture for longer.

After using this sample, my face had such a severe reaction that I had to visit a dermatologist. I specifically checked that it didn't contain any irritating ingredients before applying, but my skin still turned red and became unbearably itchy.

The way it absorbs and its fragrance are lovely. It really does apply nicely and has a pleasant scent.

The only downside was that there were no samples available for this product, which was disappointing. When I used just the Aqua Skin Emulsion, my skin felt quite dry, but after applying the essence, my skin condition improved dramatically. Samples would have been helpful.

I've been using the Missha Aqua Skin Emulsion set for over 3 years now. As someone with extremely dry, sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis, I've found that since using this product, my skin feels less dry and the formula adheres well to my skin. It's been amazing for me!

After using it diligently for a while, I happened to check the ingredients and noticed triethanolamine... After that, I felt uneasy about using it. Although the product felt nice to use, I can't really recommend it, which is why I've only given it three stars.

I first tried this as a sample and instantly fell in love with it. The essence has a rich, bouncy texture that absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling hydrated. As someone with oily skin, I usually find that applying cream over essence can feel heavy or greasy, so I typically use a light serum followed by a cream. However, this product absorbs so well that it doesn't feel suffocating at all. Among hydrating products, some can cause small, inflamed blemishes around my nose, but this didn't cause any issues. It also didn't lead to any pilling with my makeup. It was particularly effective during winter and the dry transitional seasons.
