🌟 I was surprised and delighted to find that this was my mom's product 🙂 It completely resolves dryness and leaves my skin feeling moisturized 🙂 When I apply this before makeup, my foundation applies beautifully 🙂 You can adjust the number of applications based on your skin condition

😢 The fragrance is a bit strong 😢 The moisturizing is great, but the alcohol content makes it feel like it's evaporating, which I don't like ㅠ If only it didn't have the alcohol, it would be a holy grail product

I've been using it for over 10 years, it seems. I change up the other products in my routine, but I almost exclusively use this toner. I do try out other products occasionally, but I always come back to this one. I use it as a cleansing toner, and it's just right - not too light where it feels drying or lacks any sensation, and not too heavy where it causes breakouts or feels sticky. It cleanses perfectly and leaves my skin nicely hydrated.
Cons
Please don't discontinue this product! I checked on Hwahae and saw that it has some concerning ingredients, which is a bit worrying since I've been using it so well.

Pros
I secretly tried it out because my sister wrote so well, and I fell in love with the strange feeling of it filling in the dryness even in my pores😉 The scent is a bit strong, but it has a somewhat natural feel to it. Oh, and they call it a skin, but it's thinner than expected, though a bit sticky. And as I mentioned before, it feels like it's soaking up the dryness right into my pores. But just using this alone won't make you fully moisturized.
Cons
The packaging is too inconvenient and heavier than other cosmetics. And I'm a real sloth, so the whole process of twisting the cap, pouring, and closing it is just too much of a hassle... And it's a bit more expensive than I expected - 20,000 won is a no-go..
Tip
There's not really anything else, but if you apply it multiple times, your makeup won't come off.

It applies moisturizing and the dryness disappears quickly, so it's great for winter!
Cons
It's a pump type, and when you press it once, a normal amount of lotion comes out, but when you press it a second time, only half comes out, so you have to pump it 3 times to get the amount of 2 pumps.

I've been using it diligently after my mom, and I've already gone through more than three bottles. There's no tightness, and the toner is slightly moisturizing, so the toner and lotion set alone is enough to cover my dry skin.
Cons

Pros
This was my first time trying the Laneige basic type, and despite being a first-time user, the lotion has a plump, non-sticky feel, making it comfortable to apply. I'll definitely repurchase it next time. I have dry skin, and after using this lotion, the dryness on my face has decreased, and my skin feels more moisturized. Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any breakouts, and my skin texture actually improved. I highly recommend this product!
Cons
The only downside is that I wish there was a larger size option, as I find the larger sizes more convenient to use.
Tip
These days, with the severe fine dust, our skin can get very dry, leading to more breakouts. In that case, mixing the Laneige lotion with their face oil can make your skin even more hydrated and help alleviate the dryness.

Pros
This is already my 3rd purchase!!!!!!!!! The product fits me well, but the ingredients are not that great, so I thought I'd try something else. I used the famous Dokdo skincare products before, but they completely backfired on me 😢 I've learned that just because something has good ingredients doesn't mean it will suit me well, so I came back to this product, even though the ingredients aren't the best. It contains ingredients that prevent moisture evaporation, and I actually found it to be more moisturizing than the Dokdo products. There was no tightness or dryness at all! Even just using the toner alone, I hardly felt any dryness. It has a watery gel-like texture, and it leaves a nice, soft finish after application. It's not drying at all (though I'd say the lotion is more moisturizing than the toner).
Cons
There's really nothing disappointing other than the ingredients. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the price is not exactly cheap.
Tip
The sleeping pack or moisturizer from the same line are also great! Give them a try as well.
