  Makeup really tends to come off easily in the winter. Although it has high absorbency, the essence step thoroughly replenishes moisture, and the final step seals in that moisture. It's not overly sticky, not quite powdery either, but somewhere in between dewy and velvety. Anyway, when I apply sunscreen, primer, and foundation over this, the makeup really adheres well...! I also feel like it's very moisturizing.
