The texture is thinner than a regular skin toner, so you can apply it by gently patting it on your face. When your skin is dry, it absorbs quickly and leaves a moisturized but powdery-soft finish. However, when your skin is already hydrated, it leaves a dewy, supple feel even after absorption. This allows you to assess your skin's dryness level and adjust your subsequent skincare routine accordingly. The more you use it, the less tightness you'll experience. Pros
You know, I used to have this problem where the cream wouldn't absorb into the cheeks and nose area, and it would just smear when I put on makeup. And then the next day, I'd get pimples around my nose. So I just stopped using cream in those areas. But after trying Ruintte, I noticed that when I wash my face and then gently pat it on, my skin feels a bit tacky, but when I put the cream on top, it just sinks right in and leaves my skin feeling super soft and supple! So even with rich creams and eye creams, I can apply them all over my face and it still gives me this beautiful, glowy look. In the winter, I could only use lotion because creams would clog my pores and give me those tiny bumps, but that's no longer an issue. You've got to try this, it's a game-changer!
Cons
The only downside is that it has this strange, musty closet-like scent. But other than that, there's really nothing else I dislike about it.
Tip
I like to first use a toner-soaked cotton pad to gently wipe over my skin, then fully absorb the Ruintte before applying any other creams. You don't even need to use a moisturizer after - just the Ruintte baby cream is enough! And the photos are unedited, just taken with my iPhone 6s camera. I was lucky enough to win the event! Haha, it's so nice and smooth... And when I first applied it, it stung a bit, but then it absorbed completely and became so soft! I have sensitive, dry skin, but it didn't cause any trouble at all and felt so nice and smooth! You can mix a drop into your BB cream to use it :) I love it so much!
Cons
There's nothing really bad, except that it stung a little bit when I first used it. Other than that, it's great!

I'm a Hwahae Trial Reviewer who just tried the First Serum for the first time. After cleansing, I applied it right away and was surprised to see it lather up. So I patted it in, and it absorbed really well, leaving just a soft, supple feeling. In the winter, even with any product, my skin felt dry, but just using the Hydrator first made my skin feel so comfortable. You'll be able to see that my cheek pores have shrunk a bit.^^
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing about the product during the 3 weeks of use.. The only thing is that the price point is a bit high.
Tip
If your skin is very dry, the product might lather up. I recommend patting it in as you apply it.

I've been using it right after cleansing as a substitute for toner, and it's been great. The essence-like texture is a bit runny, so I can skip the toner and it still feels sufficiently hydrating. At first, there was a slight oily feeling, but after it absorbed, it finished off with a smooth, non-greasy feel. As someone with dry skin, I usually feel tightness if I just use toner or essence alone, but with this, I didn't experience that immediate tightness. Unless you have extremely dehydrated skin, this should provide ample hydration.

The watery texture provides excellent absorption. After application, it does not leave a greasy residue and absorbs smoothly into the skin. My skin is usually dry, and emulsions tend to sit on the surface, but after using this, I feel like the absorption is quite effective.
Cons

The soft and fluffy texture is definitely not matte or anything like that - my skin felt taut, supple, and bouncy. This product really shines when the indoor-outdoor temperature difference is significant.
