Applying it 1-2 times a day on inflammatory acne works incredibly fast. It's great when your skin starts breaking out or when your skin is irritated. My skin is sensitive + acne-prone + hormonal cystic acne that flares up once a month + combination oily skin! When I first encountered this product, it was a real revelation! It's so incredibly effective, I was amazed it's not more well-known! Just a small amount applied to the hard, painful acne spots will make them subside within 2-3 days! While the alcohol and tea tree ingredients give a slight stinging sensation, my skin doesn't become red or irritated. I love it so much that I'm already on my second bottle... I feel anxious without it, like a must-have emergency item! As long as you use only a small amount on the affected areas, this product will last you a very long time!

It's completely ineffective for small whiteheads. At first I only used it for cystic acne and saw great results, so I started applying it to the whiteheads too, and ended up using it all over my face... It works great for cystic acne, red pimples, and those with pus - but only use it on those specific blemishes.

If you want your acne to subside quickly, apply it frequently to just the affected areas! Spot-treating without covering your whole face prevents irritation and helps it calm down faster! And even if you apply it after popping a pimple, it won't cause further inflammation or worsening.
