The texture is not matte and has a slight oily feel, and when applied in the morning, it is mostly absorbed by lunchtime. However, this oily quality made it easy to apply evenly on the face. I highly recommend this to students! It brings a natural glow to your skin!! It's also great for wearing bare-faced and natural-looking ㅋㅅㅋ It's very moisturizing and gentle enough to use at night before bed. Cleansing is also light and easy, so it's super convenient!! I even just used this when I went on a school trip!! (In case I couldn't wash my face ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ) True to its name 'Waterful', it's moisturizing, has a subtle glow, and makes your skin look beautiful🎶 In simple terms, ✔️It's much more moisturizing and gentle than a typical tone-up cream or makeup base!

It does give a tone-up effect. The fragrance is like a powder scent, so it may divide opinions.

It starts flowing out as soon as the lid is opened, and the spreadability is not great either. It's watery and doesn't adhere well to the skin, giving a floating sensation. When applied with the hands, it just gets pushed away. Even when applied with a puff, it still gets pushed away. It does give a tone-up effect, but I'm not sure about the lasting power. It's similar to just applying a sunscreen. There's also too much oiliness, so I was disappointed before buying it.

I just love this! It's so moisturizing, and since I have dry and dehydrated skin, I apply lotion and cream on top of this, and it blends in so well! I'm on my 4th jar of this now haha. I have extremely sensitive skin, and other cushion foundations cause me to break out, but this one doesn't irritate me at all.
Cons
Hmm... I don't really have any complaints, except that the longevity could be better?? Other than that, it's great.
Tip
If you have really dry skin that tends to flake, be sure to apply a soothing gel or lotion first, and then put this on top. It's kind of obvious, but just a friendly reminder haha.

Pros
My face was yellowish and dark, but after applying it three times, it became naturally whitened, which was great. Since I thoroughly applied the base, the clumping and lifting phenomena were not as severe as expected (except around the eyes and nose). I applied it and it lasted for about 4 hours, and the staying power wasn't too bad for a tone-up cream.
Cons
It has a slightly sticky application and tends to get shiny. It seems necessary to apply it carefully around the eyes as it can get a bit lifted there due to dryness. There is also some clumping around the nose area, so it needs to be applied carefully. As a characteristic of tone-up creams, the coverage and staying power are inevitable downsides.
