I can't really think of any downsides. I've used many different eye cream brands, and this one doesn't pill at all.

It feels creamy and moisturizing when applied. It seems to absorb well, and the scent is pleasant.

It's not like a Bobbi Brown-style balm, and I don't feel like the moisturizing effect lasts very long.

It's a rich cream formula that melts into the skin, not quite a balm as the name suggests. I tried it when my eye area got really dry during the seasonal change, and it seems to be a decent product. No major blemishes to report.

It stings my eyes severely. Even after applying artificial tears several times, the stinging sensation persists, making me reluctant to use it. It's not particularly effective for hydration either. The cream doesn't feel very moisturizing, and it tends to pill when applied. The high price of 100,000 won for just 15ml is another drawback.

The scent reminds me of Kiehl's products. While the fragrance isn't particularly pleasant, it's commendable that they've removed artificial fragrances.
