  Pros

  First off, the scent is absolutely amazing! It's subtle and long-lasting. After washing, my hair feels refreshed and less oily, and it lathers up nicely. The gel-like texture means you don't need to squeeze out too much, which is great! I used to neglect my scalp and use any random shampoo until I had a major skin reaction. That's when I decided to try this one. The result? Totally satisfied! Thumbs up! In my personal experience, since I started using this instead of just any shampoo, I've noticed fewer blemishes on my face too. That's why I keep repurchasing and using it.

  Cons

  When rinsing it out, there's a very slight, barely noticeable 'squeaky' feeling (sensitive folks might pick up on this!). But I actually prefer this to the coated, sticky feeling you get with other shampoos. It feels like it doesn't leave any residue behind, which is great. Once my hair dries, it feels super soft!
