To be honest, in my opinion, there isn't much difference between expensive and cheap cleansing waters. So I probably won't repurchase this one.

Since I typically wear light makeup, this product effectively removed my base makeup and eyeshadow. I can't speak to its effectiveness on mascara or eyeliner as I don't use those. When I wiped my face with a cotton pad, my skin felt comfortable and smooth, which made for a pleasant user experience.
