Pros
If you buy the wrong concealer, your skin can really get messed up, but this concealer doesn't clog pores, so I guess that's why I didn't get any breakouts after applying it!! I also think the coverage was better than Luna's.
Cons
While the longevity is good, for my oily skin, the oil came through and my pores became very visible :( And I'm not sure if it's just my case, but the concealer seemed to crease a lot for me :(

Pros
My skin is prone to scarring, so the acne on my cheeks and chin has left behind noticeable scars and indents. I'm very particular about my skin when applying makeup, and I've been hesitant to use concealer in the past because it can sometimes look cakey. However, this concealer has excellent coverage without looking heavy or caking up, even when I apply a lot. I tried samples of both the 21 and 23 shades, and found that to properly cover my scars, I needed a slightly darker color. So I ended up getting the 23 shade, but since my skin is quite fair, it's a bit too dark for me. I usually apply foundation over the concealer and blend it in, so it's not a huge issue, but having an in-between shade would allow me to get better coverage while still looking bright and natural. Oh, thank you so much! I've actually been using the Mediheal concealer for two headaches now. I really did try using a different tip concealer for a while because the applicator on this one was a bit inconvenient, but when I used that other one, my skin ended up looking terrible, so I came back to this concealer. It's such a gentle concealer that doesn't cause any trouble for me. Mediheal is truly amazing. It's non-comedogenic, so it doesn't clog pores. That means even people with acne-prone or oily skin can use it without worry. The coverage is really great too, and it looks nicer and better than other drugstore concealers. Haha, I just love it so much... Oh, and I even fell asleep with it on once and didn't get any breakouts at all!
Cons
The packaging on this is so frustrating. It would be better if they just put the concealer in a regular tip applicator or something, it would be cheaper and easier to use. It's in a syringe-type format, and sometimes it gets stuck and won't come out at all, and other times it just suddenly squirts out a lot. It's such a waste when I have to dab some on the back of my hand to cover my face and there's concealer left over...
Tip
You can just dab it on with a big fluffy puff and it'll cover really well. When I'm feeling lazy, I just use this concealer as my base makeup and then do my eyebrows and lips and go! And for some people, the color of this concealer might look a little yellow, so mixing it with a thin, pink-toned foundation can help balance that out.

The amount is a bit small, and it's in a syringe-like format, but sometimes the opening gets clogged and when you press it, it suddenly spurts out.

For this base, shade 23 is too yellow, and 21 is too pure white, so I usually apply it to the areas that need coverage first, and then put the foundation on top.

I really struggled a lot because everything I used would just irritate my acne-prone and sensitive skin ㅠㅠㅠ But this product didn't cause any irritation and it covered everything so well that I only needed to use this one product. The finish was also very smooth and matte, without any cakiness. I loved it!
Cons
The only downside was that a slightly yellowish darkening would appear after some time.
Tip
If it doesn't cover enough, you can squeeze out a small amount and mix it with your foundation, then apply it with a puff for better coverage!

This was the best concealer I've used in terms of coverage! I was really worried about acne scars and marks, but the coverage was amazing! I didn't experience any issues like the concealer making my acne worse or my skin looking unnatural. A small amount was enough to spread evenly.
Cons
