As someone with combination skin, my eye makeup always used to smudge, but after using this product, there's no smudging at all. I was skeptical about its effectiveness, but it turned out to be such a great purchase!

The left one is Painterly and the right one is Laying Low. They both apply smoothly and can be used as a dry eye primer substitute. The color is a warm orange tone.

While it's incredibly useful in summer, be cautious if you have dry skin, especially in winter. It may not adhere well to under-eye areas that aren't properly moisturized, so those with dry skin should keep this in mind before purchasing.

I've always struggled with watery eyes and oily lids, causing my eye makeup to disappear within 3 hours no matter how carefully I applied it. But since discovering this product, I've already gone through 5 of them! It's a cream eyeshadow with a nude to slightly yellow tint, perfect for warm-toned skin. I highly recommend this for anyone battling to keep their eye makeup in place.

If you apply an eye primer before using this, you won't have any creasing issues.

It's a bit on the pricey side, and you don't get much product for the cost. The ingredients could be better too.

The color payoff is fantastic and it has excellent staying power. It's perfect for the eye area, especially for creases. The shade has a lovely warm, golden tone.

- Using a flat concealer brush, pick up a small amount of product, dab it on the back of your hand, then quickly sweep it across your eyelids for a beautiful base color or single eyeshadow look
(It's pretty when applied with fingers too, but I personally find using a brush gives a more even and beautiful color payoff)

- For spot concealing, you can use this product to cover small blemishes instead of a dark concealer, then blend with a lighter concealer or foundation/cushion for great coverage

- The texture might feel a bit firm and slightly tacky to some (though it doesn't feel that way when applied, it can feel like that when you touch it with your finger). People who dislike this type of texture might really hate it. (I usually hate this texture too, but it's actually fine when using it)
- The texture might make it feel dry for some users
- You need to take good care of the product to prevent it from drying out (if it hardens, you'll have to throw it away)

I purchased this product with my own money at a department store counter.

My skin type:
- Combination dehydrated skin (oily on the surface but with deep dryness)
- Super sensitive + atopic (easily affected by external factors; skin becomes rough and irritated with lack of sleep or stress. During seasonal changes, I need allergy medication to prevent itching and flaking, especially in areas that fold like eyelids)
- Doesn't react well to most oils (though there are rare exceptions)
- Acne-prone (always get a big pimple before and after my period, and have constant small bumps since wearing masks)
- Large pores
- Overall problematic skin

Additional issues:
- Oily eyelids with thin double eyelids, prone to smudging eye makeup
- Ingredients that block pores tend to cause itching and tingling

Using my fingers to apply it every time does let some dust in, but it's not a big deal! The quantity is generous and the color is so pretty. I regret hesitating to buy it - I should have gotten it sooner... It's also great for touch-ups. Just apply your cushion foundation and swipe this on - perfection!

You could just apply foundation and Laying Low on your eyes without any other eyeshadow, and it would look beautiful. It gives such a sophisticated vibe!

Pros:

Packaging: The twist-off container is great for preserving the product! While opinions may vary, I found it larger than expected. Though pricey, the generous amount means it'll last a long time.

Sensitivity: It's gentle on sensitive skin and removes easily - a real winner! Despite being a cream, it doesn't clump as I feared. It applies incredibly smoothly, which was a pleasant surprise. For best results, use a flat eyeshadow brush rather than your fingers for even application.

Color: The shade reminds me of a beige tone, similar to an old Aritaum product. As someone with a darker complexion (I use shade 23), it's a bit lighter than I wanted, so it's not very noticeable. However, it works well as a base. You can layer other eyeshadows on top without any pilling or clumping.

The downside of its great staying power is that it's quite difficult to remove. Cleansing oil doesn't work well on it, so you need to use cleansing water.

This smart product melts gently with the warmth of your fingers, applying creamily. As time passes, it sets perfectly, allowing the eyeshadow applied on top to adhere flawlessly. It's a must-have item now, as it maximizes both longevity and adherence. The muted peachy tone with a hint of shadow makes it an excellent base color.

When you don't want to look too made up, but still want to avoid looking flat, just apply it a bit more broadly and it's perfect. And I highly recommend this to those who can't use powder eyeshadows because they get in their eyes.

I really dislike the pot-type packaging for hygiene reasons... some dust can get in there. But since it's not a base product, I don't have major complaints. The only thing is that when my nails get a bit long, I worry about it getting dented.

This has amazing staying power and the color payoff is just perfect - you only need to apply a little bit and it really shows up. Some people even use it as a primer, but I'm not sure about that. It's just really great. I have sensitive eyes, so when I use powder eyeshadows, they tend to get in my eyes and bother me, but this one just sticks on perfectly and the color is so vibrant.
