The formula is moist and runny. The formula allows for a thin application. Although the formula is runny, it is not drying. When applied, it gives a slight glow. It applies well when patted on with the hands, but a damp sponge is recommended. Brush application is not recommended.
Cons
It is expensive, but a small amount is sufficient for a full makeup look, so it lasts a long time. Coverage? It's moisturizing and applies well. The packaging is pretty, so it's nice to have it on your vanity. The watery formula means you can use a small amount and still cover well. There's also not much creasing, but that might be because my skin is quite dry and makeup doesn't tend to crease much on me, so you may want to test it out for yourself.
Cons
My skin is on the paler side, so I chose 02 instead of 01 to try to get a more natural look. But for my skin, it ends up pulling a bit too yellow. And if you apply it carelessly, the runny formula can emphasize the areas around the nose. Plus, there are a lot of questionable ingredients in it.
Tip
Using a brush works better than a puff. After applying, dampening an air puff with water or a mist can help achieve a dewy look.

The best thing about Teng Miracle is that it beautifully brings out the color tones. You'll know what I mean once you try it - the pearlescent glow is just something else! It's also great for achieving a dewy, hydrated skin look. I like to mix a bit of strobing cream into my foundation, spritz on some facial oil, and then dab it all in with a damp makeup sponge for that fresh, 'just-drank-a-glass-of-water' glow. This was one of the pro tips the teacher shared during the pricey makeup masterclass I took at Jeong Saem Mool's studio.
Cons
The ingredients are just too harsh for me. That's why I only use it on special occasions, not as a daily driver.
