  The velvet-like lip gloss was a novel experience for me! It doesn't have the intense staining effect of a tint, but rather envelops the lips with a moist, velvety texture. Yet, it doesn't feel as heavy and sticky as typical lip glosses, giving a soft, velvety appearance. And most importantly, the color is absolutely gorgeous - a deep, blue-free red!!! When applied lightly, it becomes a serene Marsala pink, and when applied more heavily, it turns into a rich, deep hue.

  Pros

  The color is so beautiful! It's not too red, and I think the color really makes my lips look pretty. I've tried the new YSL lip tint and the Giorgio Armani lip tint, but I personally like this one the best. I really like the slightly matte, velvet-like finish, so I've been using it every day lately.
