For combination skin, it can feel a bit oily over time.

It applies moisturizing and has good coverage, so you can use it alone without other products! And the best part is that there seems to be less darkening compared to other products. Even when my makeup breaks down, my face doesn't turn gray, so I'm using it well haha.

 I really, really recommend it! The color, lasting power, lack of darkening, and overall feel are quite hard to find in other products. This one is truly exceptional in those aspects.

 Ah, it seems the ingredients aren't as great as I expected. But since I haven't had any particular issues with it, I'm willing to continue using it.

 I have dry skin, so I've been using this product only for touch-ups.
I've used more than 4 bottles of it, and even though there are good cushion foundations out there, I have no plans to switch to another one for touch-ups (except for the Laneige cushion that came out recently because the case is so pretty).

1. Color: The color is not too red, but just the right shade. It blends well with my natural skin tone, so I'm hesitant to switch to another cushion even if it doesn't suit me, as most people agree that the color is great.

2. Darkening/Lasting Power: When I use the Dupe Ink Lasting, the darkening is noticeable. But this product doesn't darken at all. I can apply it in the morning, touch it up once during lunch, and my skin still looks bright until the evening. I was even surprised when I checked the mirror after drinking at night and saw that the makeup was still beautifully adhered to my skin.

3. Skin Expression: It's not too matte, nor does it feel suffocating with an oily film. It's been great to use throughout the seasons. I don't like a glowy, shiny look, and I hate the feeling of something heavy on my face, so I usually use matte sunscreen sticks. This product was perfect for me - it applies lightly without looking cakey.

4. The Included Puff: The Pony Effect navy cushion puff... I was really surprised when I first used it. It's so bouncy and dense, and I ended up ordering this puff separately after using the Real Techniques sponge, because, as expected, everyone knows about this puff. You should try it once.

I came to recommend this cushion as a holy grail for touch-ups, but I was surprised to see that the reviews aren't as positive as I expected. It's hard to test Pony Effect products, and I hope this product doesn't get discontinued due to lack of word-of-mouth, as that would be a shame.

The amount seems a bit small.
If you pull the case out incorrectly, it can be inconvenient to close.

🍯 Preventing caking
Since I have dry skin, I sometimes use a face oil even in the summer. If I apply the face oil and let it fully absorb before doing my makeup, it seems to help reduce caking on that day. If the oil feels too heavy or uncomfortable in the morning, you could also try applying it generously at night before bed, then using a cream to lock in the moisture, which may help with the next day's makeup application.

I initially purchased the product set as a promotional item, which included the main product and 2 refills (seemed to last about a year). I really enjoyed using it.
As someone with dry skin, I don't prefer thick, heavy formulas. The texture was just right - thick enough but not sticky or suffocating. I like to try various products, so I'm still on the hunt for the perfect cushion, but I haven't found anything better than this one yet.

I normally use shade 21, and beige or muted rose tones suit my complexion well.
The rosy ivory shade didn't make my skin look dull, but rather gave it a healthy glow. When I wear colored makeup, the pigmentation seems to show up more clearly. Conversely, my previous makeup may have appeared more obvious. But on the days I used this cushion, I was often told that my skin looked radiant, likely due to the tone-up effect. I really love the bright shade!

The built-in puff releases dirty water when washed, and the puff prevents the case from closing properly.

The case is neat and tidy, and while it doesn't provide much coverage, it does an excellent job of refining the skin's appearance.

For those with oily skin, it might feel a bit too greasy!!

As someone who has used this for the 4th time, the most important thing is durability. And even when it breaks down, it doesn't fall apart messily, but rather breaks down nicely and beautifully.

It's quite moisturizing, so it would probably suit dry or combination skin types well as a winter cushion. But for oily skin, I really don't recommend it at all..

The disappointing part is.. there are really many, but first of all, it's a huge no-no for oily skin types ㅠㅠㅠ As soon as I applied the cushion!!!!! An oil-like shine came up, it was really the worst. So I've been using oil-control powder every hour while using it, but then when I apply the oil-control powder, it cakes up terribly ㅠㅠㅠㅠ And while using this cushion, I've heard so many people say 'Why is your face so shiny?' in a bad way.. It's not a glow, but the oil just comes up tremendously..

The good thing.. if I had to pick one.. the tone? The tone in shade 21 brightened my complexion nicely, so I liked it. It was so bright and radiant haha. The reason I gave it 2 stars is all thanks to the color - the color was really nice hahaha. The coverage is not the best but not bad either. It just covers redness and acne scars to some degree?? But you still need to use a concealer along with it.

When I applied the cushion twice, the coverage was visible, and when I applied it three times, my skin looked thicker.

This cushion boasts a smooth finish, and after applying it, there was no stickiness, allowing me to complete a fresh makeup look.

Don't apply it too many times, just a little bit is enough.

Putting the contents aside... the puff is really amazing... The puff carries the whole thing. It's much thicker than the previous puffs, and it's great for absorbing and applying. When you add water, it becomes so moisturizing, and when you just apply it, it goes on so smoothly. As for the foundation itself... it's just average. The coverage is good and there are diverse shades, but I can't really say it's great or bad. I'm glad it didn't cause any breakouts on my face.
