There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. If you buy it on sale, it seems like a good deal.

Although cleansing balms can be a bit of a hassle to use compared to oils, I like that they are gentler and don't drip all over your hands. I'm really pleased with the Innature cleansing balm - it's soft and removes makeup well.

After cleansing with this product as the first step, finishing with a gentle cleansing soap with adequate cleansing power feels really nice!

Using this alone doesn't feel quite enough to cleanse thoroughly. Oil-based or sorbet-type cleansers seem to work better for that!

It's really soft! It seems to be good for removing the base makeup as it mixes well with water. The scent is refreshing, like lemon. And (a bit irrelevant, but) I liked the clean, white packaging.

They said you can just use water to clean after using it, but I end up using a cleansing foam as well.
I still don't feel like it gets completely clean, you know? It leaves a slightly rough feeling.

It melts well on contact and feels nice. The balance between water and oil? It has a good scent and good cleansing power.

Keep rolling it until it's melted, and the longer you roll it, the better the effect will be.

There is a tint with amazing color payoff called the Missha Pop Fantastic Jelly Tint (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to write about it here though). I swatched it on my hand at the store, and it wouldn't come off even with a makeup remover, so I ended up having to wash it off several times with a cleansing foam at home. In the end, I gave up on removing it because the staining was so intense. But this Moringa Cleansing Balm removes it in one go! I was worried I'd be embarrassed going out with the tint staining my hand, but using this product saved the day. It's like a godsend - there's no makeup that it can't remove. I'm so happy with it!
