  Powerful cleansing effectiveness! True to its name, this Smoky Cleansing Cream dissolves even the most stubborn eye makeup. It melts away everything, including mascara. My previous Neutrogena cleansing cream couldn't handle eye makeup at all, but this product eliminates the need for a separate makeup remover - it takes care of everything. The price is a steal too. During sales, it's less than $10. Perfect for generous daily use!

  Cons

  It's slightly on the oily side, but that's somewhat unavoidable given the nature of cleansing creams. This also contributes to its gentle feel on the skin.

  Tip

  The cleansing effectiveness is so good you won't need a separate makeup remover! However, make sure to follow up with a second cleanse. For a pristine finish, gently wipe with a tissue after use for even more thorough removal.

  Great value for the amount you get, and it effectively removes even waterproof makeup
