I was impressed by the case design. The high coverage is its only redeeming quality.
ConsThe name 'ampoule cushion' is wasted on this extremely drying product. After application, it becomes so powdery that nothing comes off even when you touch your face. While the adhesive puff helps it stick well initially, it breaks down messily over time. Even with other tools, it emphasizes texture and clings terribly around the nose. It has a strong powdery scent. Though I generally prefer yellow-based tones, this makes my complexion look dull. It's not even affordable... Overall, I was very dissatisfied.
TipThe best tip is not to buy it. I don't like speaking ill of cosmetics, but there's nothing else to say about this one.

ConsIt's only hydrating at first, but as time goes on, the deep dryness becomes severe. Even after exfoliating dead skin cells, it still clings around the nose and lifts around the mouth. I'm not sure why it's called an ampoule cushion...

Since it's shade 23, it gives my skin a calm appearance. The coverage is pretty good. I love how it creates a natural glow while leaving the skin looking matte.
ConsIt's drying. I bought it for winter use, but it accentuated dead skin cells, clogged pores, and settled into fine lines.
TipYou really need to nail your skincare routine with this. It would have been great for spring and summer use. If you have dry skin, absolutely avoid using it in fall and winter. I found a technique that works: I apply a thin layer with a brush as a base, then pat on the Etude Cream Filter Cushion in Sand color with an air puff. This improves coverage and gives a hydrated skin look!

Scar coverage: It covers about 70-80% without needing concealer. It applies thinly without being thick, which is great. For reference, I have many red acne scars. It lives up to its 'cover' title quite well. 2. Longevity: Except for some shine on the nose, it lasts about 4-5 hours. 3. Moisture: It's more like a regular cushion with a bit of extra glow rather than a dewy finish. It felt nicely hydrating when applying. 4. Color: I was worried about the shade as Innisfree bases are usually light, but it looked fine on my hand. On my face, it wasn't too bright and was slightly more toned down than my usual shade. 5. Packaging: I love the slim, pretty cushion case design. I often buy products for their packaging, and this winter/fall limited edition navy series is particularly beautiful. I bought it hoping it might surpass the 'Melting Cover' foundation, but there were more downsides than I expected.
Cons1. Texture coverage: I've given up on this with cushions, and this one's no exception. 2. Caking: It often settles into fine lines around the nose and mouth, possibly due to incompatibility with my skincare. 3. Hydration: Initially moisturizing, but it becomes increasingly drying over time. My chin and mouth area develop small bumps, and it triggers adult acne. It doesn't live up to the 'Ampoule' cover claim. I used to use Water Fit, which was too dry and light for me, but this isn't much different. Innisfree seems to consistently produce similar products. 4. Adherence: Being an ampoule line, I expected less adherence, but this barely clings to the skin. It feels like it's barely hanging on. 5. Scent: Sigh... I wish they'd use a softer fragrance like IOPE or Verite. Innisfree, please focus on improving product quality instead of just churning out new packaging designs.
TipI've found something much better (The Face Shop CC Intense Cover Cushion). ☆ Oily, Combination Skin: Note that it's more oil-based than hydrating. Best for winter or early spring. Apply thinly. ☆ Dry Skin: While it might work for some, I strongly advise against it for very dry skin types. ☆ Sensitive Skin: I rarely react to makeup, but this caused blemishes. Sensitive skin types, please avoid this product. □ Mist on Puff: Enhances the initial moisturizing feel, giving a great finish. However, it dries out by afternoon for me. ■ Use concealer first, then apply this thinly on top! ■ Ensure a solid skincare base, then set with powder or compact!
