The only positive aspect I can find is that it's somewhat affordable... First off, the smell is absolutely terrible - it's unlike anything I've ever encountered before. It's awful! After using this cleansing oil, I experienced a slippery feeling for the first time. I've never felt residue left behind from cleansing oils before, but this product made me realize what that feels like. Sometimes when I'm lazy, I only use cleansing oil to remove my makeup. With all the products I've used before, my makeup would come off completely, and nothing would show up on a cotton pad afterward. But when I tried using just this cleansing oil, my makeup didn't come off properly, and it all ended up on the cotton pad... I have acne-prone skin with excess oil, and usually when I use cleansing oil morning and evening, it helps remove sebum. But with this product, no matter how much I massaged it, absolutely no sebum came out... The worst part was that I broke out after using it just once. I thought it might be a coincidence, but even when I used other soothing skincare products, the blemishes wouldn't go away. They kept appearing as long as I used this product. As soon as I stopped using it, the breakouts stopped too. To be honest, I bought this in a hurry from Coupang because it was affordable and had good reviews on Hwahae. The price is reasonable, the scent is lovely, and most importantly, its cleansing effectiveness is absolutely amazing! I tend to wear heavy makeup and even use lash glue, but this product removes everything with just a good massage - no need for a separate makeup remover! The ingredients... If it weren't for Hwahae, I wouldn't have known. I was already a bit uneasy about it being a Japanese product, but now the ingredients really concern me. Although I'm not using it now due to seborrheic dermatitis, this was the best value for money among oils. It really removes makeup effectively! I've switched to other oils several times, but I always came back to this one. Plus, it's incredibly affordable. I wish it had a pump dispenser! First off, it feels like it cleanses really well. If you massage it in for a while, you can feel it removing things like sebum too. The ingredients aren't the best... I absolutely love this product! It gently removes makeup and emulsifies really well. It's also gentle on the skin with minimal irritation. I highly recommend it! I've already finished one bottle and I'm definitely repurchasing. The only disappointing thing is that there's nothing disappointing about it! You must try this! First off, the price is incredibly wallet-friendly. Despite the affordable cost, its cleansing effectiveness is impressive. It does a great job removing excess oil and washes off easily. I had no idea the ingredients were this questionable... What's surprising is that despite the less-than-ideal formulation, it hasn't caused any blemishes on my face. I've been using this for about 5 years, from my broke college days until now, and it's been working well!

I bought one in Japan and it cleanses really well. Japanese oil cleansers seem superior indeed. I got the olive version, but there's an orange one too - this one seems better. It doesn't sting my eyes and leaves my skin feeling hydrated after washing. Great value for money! I noticed it's also available at Olive Young now. These days you can buy it at a good price domestically too. It's a shame it's not widely promoted yet. I wish they'd come out with a larger size option.
