Pros
The product has been very satisfactory so far. The scent is good, and most importantly, the lather is really nice. Even with my long hair that reaches my waist, I was able to wash my hair using half the usual amount of shampoo. And there's definitely a moisturized feeling? No frizziness at all.
Cons
The only downside is that even after drying my hair, it doesn't feel fully dried.

Pros
It has a typical shampoo scent, but it's not overpowering and is quite fragrant. After using Head & Shoulders or a traditional herbal shampoo, I would have to use a separate conditioner, and my hair ends would still feel greasy and difficult to style. But with this shampoo, I don't need to use a separate rinse or conditioner, and my hair curls nicely without feeling weighed down or stringy. I really liked that I could skip the hair essence step.
Cons
If I wash my hair in the morning, it's great for the day, but the next morning my scalp feels a bit stuffy and itchy. However, when I shampoo again, it goes back to normal. I actually bought two bottles from Olive* because I was worried about the negative Hwahae Trial Reviewer comments, but so far I haven't had any issues with dandruff or anything like that. I'll update this review after using it for 2 months, but it seems like the shampoo may be causing some pimple-like bumps on my scalp, so I ended up switching to a different shampoo.
Tip
It seems like just using a different shampoo might be the best solution.

I started using it last winter when my hair became very dry. At first, it was incredibly soft even without using conditioner, and the powdery fragrance was just lovely.
Cons

I bought it because they said it's good for hair. The hair itself doesn't seem to be bad.
Cons
Be careful if you have sensitive skin. Acne breakout... I had a lot of cystic acne on my back and suffered a lot. The scars are still there even 3 years later.. I bought this because the silicone didn't work for me, but I still got back acne.
