So I used two sheets and then neglected it, but when I heard it helps soothe skin when blemishes appear, I tried it again. I cut each sheet in half, using the remaining two sheets for 4 applications. I'm not sure if the soothing effect was exceptional, but at least my blemishes didn't get worse.
ConsCutting the sheet is inconvenient, but you get the hang of it after a few uses. There are pre-cut versions available, but they're for single use and quite expensive. Reviews I saw online raved about amazing results from just one professional treatment, but home care doesn't seem to have such dramatic effects. When I used it with Power Release, my skin felt itchy after removing the mask, so after a couple of uses, I switched to using it with plain water.
TipUsing cotton pads soaked in toner or water to secure the mask didn't work well as it dried quickly. Instead, I soaked the mask in a bowl of water before applying. This way, it stayed moist for 30 minutes! Just keep in mind that this method shrinks the mask, so you might need to cut it a bit larger.
