● I took off one star because it was just too average. There wasn't really any compelling reason to buy it again. For an average product, the Tsubaki line is also on the pricier side.

● The volume control is really easy! It's great that a small amount comes out with each pump.
● The scent is a typical conditioner scent, but it's not too strong, which I liked.
● The transparent container is great, right? It's good to have it ready when you see that there's a little left and it's about to run out.
● It definitely fulfills the role of a conditioner in coating the hair and preventing tangles!

Using this with the shampoo from the same line leaves the scalp clean and the hair soft and smooth.
The fragrance of this product itself mostly disappears after washing, but using it with a Tsubaki or Mascheri hair mist makes the hair more moisturized, calming, and the fragrance lasts longer.

My scalp troubles and itchiness have improved, and my hair is no longer falling out as much. Tangles have also decreased. This shampoo is gentle on my very sensitive scalp, with no irritation at all. I even feel like my hair has become thicker. After using this shampoo for a while and then switching to another brand for about a month, the hairstylist at the salon immediately commented that my hair had been shedding a lot. It could be due to the season, but this is a product I can trust wholeheartedly.

I was so upset because my hair was severely damaged from too much perming and bleaching, but after using the Tsubaki shampoo, my hair combs through smoothly. Since it's an oil shampoo, if I don't dry it properly, it feels clumped together. My hair is soft, but it doesn't feel bouncy. And most of all, it gets greasy really quickly. It felt like I hadn't washed my hair for almost 3 days by the next afternoon... I guess that's just how oil shampoos are.
