Pros
This seems like a good product for makeup beginners who have trouble choosing colors. You can test out what colors suit you roughly. The colors are so soft and feminine, which would be great for those who want a girly makeup look. It would also be a good fit for those with cool-toned summer skin who look good in lighter shades. You can use it as a blush touch-up instead of just on the lips.
Cons
The swatches were a bit disappointing, especially the oily shades that didn't swatch very well on the back of my hand. There also seemed to be some issues with emphasizing flakiness and patchiness. If you have dry lips normally, it would be best to exfoliate thoroughly before using. The longevity isn't great either. The shade on the far right also swatched quite dark, almost black - I can't imagine anyone would want to wear that on their lips.
Tip
I'd recommend using two or more shades together. If you find the shades too light to wear on the lips, you can use them as a blush instead. Applying with your fingers is not recommended - using a lip brush works much better for an even application.

Pros
The color is so delicate and girlish. I think it would be great for those who love a soft, feminine makeup look. To be honest, I'm not really the delicate type, but I really wanted to try this color! So I bought it, and as expected, the color doesn't really suit me haha. But when I layered it with other colors I already have, it looked really pretty ㅠㅜ The color payoff may not be great on its own, but when layered, it blends in nicely and looks beautiful. The photo shows the color layered over a Peripera base, with the last shade from the palette applied to the inner lips.
Cons

Also, some people have mentioned being bothered by the tackiness, but when mixed with other lip colors, it applies smoothly.
