  Pros

  As a cosmetics newbie, I wasn't sure which colors suited me, so this palette was a great choice. With 9 shades, I could figure out what works for me and easily mix and match colors. You're bound to find at least a couple of shades that are perfect for you. Once you know your favorites, you can buy those specific colors!

  Cons

  Oh no, the staying power is... disappointing. Surprisingly poor longevity. Almost no staining, and it smudges at the slightest touch. I was like, 'Huh?' so I tried wiping it with a tissue, and it all came off. There are matte and moisturizing versions - the matte one is slightly better, but the moisturizing one completely wipes off with a tissue. And I hadn't even gotten it wet! The matte version was somewhat okay, but it's so matte that it's hard to use unless your lips are in great condition.

  Perfect for students just starting with makeup! It's great for finding colors that suit you (I've been there!). Also recommended for anyone who wants to play around with layering different shades!

  Pros

  The compact case is a big plus. It's lightweight and seems durable enough to withstand accidental drops.

  Cons

  I don't quite understand why they made it as a palette... While it doesn't look that way on the skin, when applied to the lips, the colors all appear quite similar due to poor pigmentation. In the end, I only use one or two of the darkest shades. The staying power is also disappointing...
