There aren't really any significant drawbacks.
The only thing is that it has AHC's signature scent,
so if you're not a fan of artificial fragrances, it might not be for you.

It has a consistency between a toner and an emulsion - feels more like an emulsion.

Absorbs smoothly and provides good hydration.

If you soak a cotton pad generously and place it on your skin, it helps cool down your skin temperature and feels great!

This is a matter of personal preference, but the scent didn't suit me. I prefer completely unscented products or those with very subtle fragrances. This one does have that distinctive cosmetic smell.

It's moderately moisturizing and absorbs well! There's no stickiness to it. It feels just right as a lightweight skin toner to apply before bed!
