I used to use products with makeup remover liquid in the cotton swab tip, but this one has the remover infused in the cotton part. It's not overly wet, which makes it convenient for precise touch-ups. Usually, when you buy cotton swabs for makeup, the tips are pointy. However, this product has rounded ends with larger cotton parts, which seemed less irritating to the skin. The individual packaging is great too - you can toss a few in your makeup bag for quick fixes on the go. Since the remover is infused in the cotton part, if you store them for a long time, the liquid might dry out, making it a bit stiff when you try to use it for cleansing. - jy*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 6, 2024
The individual packaging makes it very portable. It's great for touch-ups. The oil content is just right, so there's no worry about smudging, and it doesn't sting or irritate the eyes. The downside is that the cotton swab is a bit large, making it difficult for precise touch-ups. - ks*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 6, 2020
So convenient! Packing a couple of these for trips really lightens the load when it comes to removing eye makeup. I used to soak cotton pads with eye makeup remover, but now I find it easier to use cleansing wipes for my whole face and then these swabs for any stubborn eye makeup (like mascara or glitter) that's left behind. The best part? They don't sting if they get in your eyes! The swabs are double-sided, but both ends are the same size. It would have been more practical if one end was thinner and the other a bit thicker. - al*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2020
The individual packaging for each swab is hygienic and convenient to carry around. The amount of oil on each swab is just right, making it easy to remove makeup thoroughly, even in hard-to-reach areas. I won't be purchasing from DHC anymore due to their well-known anti-Korean stance. The cotton swabs are a bit stiff, so you need to be gentle when removing makeup to avoid irritation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 14, 2020
Generally removes makeup well / Convenient to use Too thin / Contains too much oil, requiring an additional wipe with a dry cotton swab after use - hy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 2, 2020
I originally bought these for removing eyeliner, but now I use them to touch up when applying eyeliner. The cotton swabs are perfect for making precise corrections. I still use them occasionally to thoroughly clean up when I accidentally get eyeliner on my lashes - their small size makes them really convenient. I just realized they have gentle ingredients too! If I had to point out one drawback, I wish there were more swabs in the package. They're fine for touch-ups, but when using them for cleansing, one swab isn't enough to remove everything. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2019
50 pieces for $7.90 I bought these for quick touch-ups of my eye makeup when I'm out. The double-ended cotton swabs are really handy - you can use the perforation in the middle to separate them, allowing you to touch up both eyes at once. The cleansing effectiveness is great. Just one swipe and everything's cleaned up perfectly! The downside is that when you're in a hurry and only need to use one side, even if you try to open just one end of the packaging, both sides end up opening due to how they're connected. This inevitably leads to the unused side drying out. So once you open it, you have no choice but to throw away the other half.. - yr****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 20, 2019
It's perfect for touching up smudged eye makeup on the go. The individual packaging is absolutely fantastic! Sometimes the pads dry out if left for a while, possibly due to insufficient oil content. On the other hand, there's often too much oil left on the skin after use, which might be because of a high oil ratio in the formula. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 13, 2019
No matter how well they make their products, they're still an anti-Korean company. You can easily find similar quality products elsewhere. I'm more upset about this than the news, and I'll never consider their products again. The CEO of DHC Korea made pro-Japanese statements. DHC made anti-Korean remarks on YouTube and distorts history. How can products made by a company with such values be any good? They don't even know right from wrong. Throw away their products immediately and never buy them again. They belittle and mock Korea, calling us fickle and saying our outrage will be short-lived. - ox*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2019
This product effectively removes even the most stubborn eye makeup! I drew eyeliner on the back of my hand, and even after using a cleansing foam, there were still traces left. But when I used this, it wiped everything away completely clean. Each wipe is individually packaged, making it convenient to carry around. The packaging is also easy to open, which adds to its user-friendliness. The only downside is that I wish the cotton swab part was a bit larger. It's thin and firm, which is great for touch-ups, but for full cleansing, one is absolutely not enough.
