  Using it as a hand emulsion since my skin isn't oily or dry, but I'm dealing with acne

  Tip

  It's meant for troubled skin, but ironically, people with blemish-prone skin shouldn't use it... How ironic!

  There's absolutely nothing good to say! I'm truly shocked!

  I received a sample today and decided to use it. It's now 1:20 AM, but around 9:30 PM, I applied this cream and was getting ready for bed while using my phone. When I went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror, to my horror, I saw that my blemishes had gotten worse! Areas where my skin was healing flared up again, turning red. It was a complete disaster! I was absolutely stunned. I bought this after reading such great reviews, thinking it would be amazing... Now I'm using a soothing mask, but wow, I'm still in shock. My blemishes turned bright red so quickly, it really caught me off guard. Please be careful when using this product. What a letdown!

  Pros

  The rich texture? It feels like it would suit dry skin better than oily skin. I gave it to my mom and she loved it!

  Cons

  I experienced a lot of blemishes after using this product. I had high hopes since it was marketed as a blemish cream, but it was greasier than expected. Maybe that's why? I'm usually very careful when changing emulsions due to my super sensitive skin.

  As someone with oily skin, I loved that this wasn't too greasy. It applies lightly and smoothly. But the best part? After using it for a month, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin!

  I noticed that if I applied a bit too much or layered it on too thick, it tended to cause blemishes.

  For the first 2-3 weeks after purchasing and applying, I noticed my blemishes disappearing. With my combination dehydrated skin, using just one product in summer usually left my skin feeling tight, but this product alone didn't cause any deep dryness and felt great. It seems to effectively balance the oil and moisture balance.

  Cons

  As my skin became accustomed to this product, the blemishes gradually stopped decreasing. Eventually, even when I applied it generously, it seemed like I was getting more breakouts on the following days. It also has a slight medicinal scent, and given the large quantity and high price, I'm hesitant to switch to a different product.

  It's gentle... Doesn't seem to cause any blemishes due to its ingredients

  Cons

  While it's gentle, I think it might be too rich for oily skin types. I used to use a gel moisturizer that controlled oil, which significantly reduced oiliness but caused small pimples due to dryness. So I bought this, but it's so rich that my skin turned into an oil slick! As a result, I developed some major blemishes. The product itself is mild, but if you have oily skin like mine, definitely do a patch test before using it...

  Pros

  As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, I used to avoid sunscreen and always had a couple of blemishes. But since using this cream, my breakouts have significantly decreased! Despite having oily skin and usually hating creams with oil, this product feels refreshingly light.

  Cons

  I didn't have any issues with the first bottle, but now that I'm on my second, I'm getting a pimple or two. I wonder if there's another factor at play... I haven't changed anything else in my routine. It's a bit disappointing...

  Tip

  If you find it a bit drying, the IOPE Atop Intensive Moisturizer also worked well for me.

  Pros

  This product seems ideal for those with sensitive skin who also have dry skin and need hydration.

  Cons

  For a product meant for sensitive skin, it's a bit on the oily side. I have dry skin, but even a little bit of oil can cause my acne to flare up. I use a lot of sensitive skin products, but after using this one and sleeping, I woke up with a massive breakout.
