It looks beautiful as an eye accent or as a blush. Although I have warm undertones, I think those with cool undertones would pull it off even better. There's hardly any excess powder fallout.
ConsThere's honestly nothing to complain about. Etude House Prism is absolutely top-notch!

The color is a beautiful cool-toned pink with a hint of white!
ConsWarm-toned folks, steer clear of this one. It's a rather intense hot pink shade with both white and fluorescent undertones.

I usually prefer light, clear coral and pink shades in makeup. Most brown shades make me look washed out. I'm one of those people who don't suit MAC's Soba, the go-to contouring shade. I somehow ended up collecting 8 Ital Prism shadows. This shadow, in particular, has outshone all my other drugstore pink-toned shadows. The overwhelming quality and color are the reasons. The soft, clear pink that appears shyly is just heart-fluttering. It's highly saturated with a bright tone. There's no dullness at all. The shimmery pearls on top of the clear pink are absolutely breathtaking. This line, including this shade, has ingrained the phrase 'pearls that sparkle elegantly' in my mind. Heart Top reminds me of the translucent, gracefully fluttering feel of a light pink silk hanbok fabric. The texture is incredibly smooth, whether due to fine particles or clarity, despite the shimmer. It applies evenly on the eyes without clumping. However, because the pigmentation is so good, swatching with fingers brings out more of the pink tone rather than the subtle, clear effect. Using a brush with careful control seems to bring out a more innocent look. Judging solely on the shimmer shadow, it feels much softer than drugstore brands and comparable to department store products in texture. It might be slightly softer than MAC's Soba, but perhaps not as soft as Laura Mercier or Guerlain. There was zero fallout of powder or pearls. I loved how it adhered gently only where applied. However, if you have trouble applying it precisely, it can be a bit annoying to correct as it sets in place. The staying power was great too! I applied it around 8 AM, and when I got home around 5 PM and looked in the mirror, that shimmering color and texture reminiscent of light pink silk hanbok fabric was still alive and well.
ConsThe pigmentation is stronger than expected. It shows up more vividly on the eyes than on hand swatches, so when I first used it, I excitedly swiped it on my eyelids and was quite shocked to make eye contact with an 80s-style pink eyelid girl in the mirror. Using it alone, whether due to the perfectly shimmery texture or my lack of makeup skills, can make one look a bit rough. I found it better to use with a deeper shadow to add some weight, or with a shadow that has slightly larger pearl particles to sprinkle some freshness. There's no separate removable shadow pan inside the container, so it can't be used with a custom palette. Instead of the familiar metal pan at the bottom of the shadow, there's a mesh. I wish I could put my frequently used shadows in a custom palette to use them all at once... I've seen some people somehow manage to separate them and use adhesive or double-sided tape to put them in custom palettes, but I've also witnessed many accidents where the shadow crumbles in the process. I really hope they improve this aspect... It would be great if they could make metal pans so we can neatly use them in custom palettes.
TipIt might feel expensive for a drugstore single shadow. I was curious because it's made in Italy, and half-expecting to fall for possibly sponsored rave reviews, I went to the store to swatch it... Wow, the texture, color, and shimmery pearl feel were so good that I ended up buying it during a 1+1 sale. Since it's included in shadow 1+1 promotions, it might be good to look out for discount events. It also works well as a blush. However, since the pigmentation is quite strong, you need to be careful with the amount. The shimmery effect doesn't show up at all in the review photos (taken on a cloudy day, indoor fluorescent lighting, Galaxy S4 phone camera), but it has a fine sheen that rivals highlighters. Controlling the amount is really crucial! It's best to build it up gradually, checking as you go. Above all, makeup colors are highly subjective due to physical differences and personal preferences, so it's always best to test before buying to avoid disappointment. The photos were taken indoors on a cloudy day under fluorescent lighting. The gold, brown, and reddish-brown shadows are different colors from the same line. Heart Top was swatched by rubbing the pan 2-3 times with a finger and then rubbing on the back of the hand 2-3 times, while the others were rubbed 2-3 times in the pan and once on the back of the hand. Rose Cosaji shows both the color in light and shadow. Unfortunately, the sparkle of Heart Top didn't capture well in the photo. The level of shimmer is similar to the other colors.
