The pump isn't as smooth as I'd like, which is a bit disappointing. However, it doesn't affect the actual use of the product at all.

I love how it absorbs quickly with a fresh and lightweight feel. For my combination skin that's both oily and dry, this is the best lightweight moisturizer I've found.

Perhaps because I have dry skin, it starts to feel dry after about 5 minutes. I'm the type who applies emulsion after toner due to dryness, so for those who only use toner, this might not be the best choice.

The scent wasn't unpleasant, and after applying and letting it absorb, my skin feels firm for a while. Considering the price, it's not a bad option.

Pro tip for those not buying: The actual lid isn't like the one shown; it's a pump dispenser.

Cons:
Alcohol content - The alcohol in this is way too strong. It felt like it was stripping all the moisture from my skin. I've since switched toners, and my skin is in much better condition now.

Acne treatment - Despite claims that it helps improve acne, it did absolutely nothing for my blemishes. If anything, it might have made them worse.

Acne-fighting effectiveness? Not so much.

TMI: Before discovering the Hwahae app, I was on the hunt for a decent skincare product that could help with blemishes. I ended up buying this after seeing beauty bloggers rave about it. If only I'd found Hwahae sooner...

Pros:
Scent - I actually liked the fragrance.

Price - It was wallet-friendly. If I remember correctly, I bought this along with the 'Baramsalgyeol' emulsion, and both were much cheaper than basic skincare from other brands.

That's all the positives I can think of.

As soon as I apply it, my skin starts stinging and turns red (this happens with all the toner, emulsion, and cream in this line). I get a few small blemishes and my skin feels dry

The pump dispenser makes it convenient to use, and it's quite affordable

It lacks any distinctive features, making it just an ordinary toner...

Everything else is great, but the strong artificial fragrance is a bit too much

Even with my extremely dry skin that usually absorbs every oil and balm, doing the 7-skin method with this made my skin feel incredibly hydrated

The downside is, please check the ingredient list. There are 3 caution ingredients, but I... well... didn't have any... breakouts...

I had blindly trusted the claims of it being a completely natural product based on blog posts and the website, without even checking the Hwahae Trial Reviewer ratings, and used them together for about 1.5 weeks. Wow, it was truly amazing. At first, I thought it would go away on its own, but it didn't go away and instead, I developed a lot of small bumps like hives on my chin area.

The quick absorption and affordable price were the positive aspects.
