I've tried a lot of eyeliners that claim not to smudge, but they still ended up smudging on me. However, I heard that Clio's eyeliner doesn't smudge, so I gave it a try, and it's amazing!! Out of all the eyeliners I've used, this is the only one that doesn't smudge at all, and it applies so well. I can draw my eyeliner in the morning and it stays perfect until night. I'm on my third tube of this eyeliner now! The only downside is that the printing on the eyeliner wears off easily, so it can get messy if you use it for a long time. It also doesn't come off very easily. I hope they can improve on these aspects.
