  It's incredibly gentle and lightweight, making it perfect for morning use without any issues. It's great as both a skin pack and an exfoliating toner. Since switching to the Dr. Belmeur line, my blemishes have significantly calmed down, so I'm definitely planning to continue using it.

  I love the light, water-like texture that's not sticky at all! As someone with oily skin, I don't like heavy toners, so this one's perfect because it's so lightweight. And I'm not sure if it's thanks to this toner, but I seem to be getting fewer blemishes too.
