It has a very quick absorption rate, but when applied, it feels definitely moisturizing and helps address dryness. The tightness disappears. It has a waxy texture, so at first it may seem like it's not spreading, but then it suddenly gets absorbed and transforms into a smooth surface.
Cons
You have to rub and pat it for quite a while before it gets absorbed, which can be frustrating in a hurry during the morning.
Tip
Don't try to absorb it too quickly. Thoroughly pat and rub it in before layering, and you'll be able to experience the moisturizing and hydrating effects.
