First off, there's no lather, so I can't even tell if it's cleaning effectively. It's also way too rich. I kept getting dandruff and thought I was washing my hair wrong, but when I switched to a different shampoo, the flakes disappeared completely. For such an expensive product, it fails to perform even the basic function of a shampoo.

It feels premium, perhaps due to the price, and gives a sense of healthiness. My hair seems a bit improved, though I might be mistaking it for just being more moisturized.
