  When I was in France, our guide mentioned that actress Han Hyo-joo came in the evening to buy this product. Intrigued, I purchased it out of curiosity. Perhaps because I knew it was an expensive product, I immediately felt its nourishing effects as soon as I applied it. The moment you put it on, your skin feels silky smooth and radiant, but without any stickiness at all!

  Cons

  On days when my skin was super sensitive, I experienced a slight burning sensation upon application... I had no idea it contained so many potentially irritating ingredients. The fragrance is quite strong and intense, so those with sensitive skin might not appreciate it.

  Tip

  When my skin feels dehydrated or I want to give it an extra boost of nourishment, I apply this generously like a sleeping mask. The results the next morning are absolutely incredible!

  Pros

  I bought this product after experiencing it at the esthetic salon I frequent, where Valmont is one of their many premium treatment lines. Interestingly, not just anyone can perform Valmont treatments at the salon - only those trained by the company headquarters are allowed to do so. Unlike other machine-based treatments, this one focuses solely on manual application to help the product absorb. The higher price point is likely due to the expensive products used. As the treatment improves blood circulation, the product absorbs well, and for a while after, makeup applies beautifully. I also combined it with laser treatments, which doubled the effectiveness. That's why I decided to purchase the product.

  Cons

  Of course, I used up an entire jar of the Renewing Pack, but ultimately I didn't finish the rest and threw it away. It was too irritating, especially around the nose area. I couldn't bear to continue using it through such discomfort. In terms of effectiveness, I found that Fresh's Black Tea, Rose, and Sugar masks actually worked better.

  Tip

  If you're visiting Switzerland or Paris, it might be worth trying out once.
