Pros
My lips were very dry, with a lot of peeling and many wrinkles. So I was really focused on my lips, but after using this, it's truly a life-saver!! There's really no more peeling. I highly recommend it. When I apply lipstick or lip tint and then this lip oil, my lips look so beautiful.
Cons

It's so sticky that I only need to use a tiny amount! It seems like it will last a long time. I like the thick and fluffy stick.

It's so sticky that it feels unpleasant... It keeps getting stuck in my hair. It doesn't feel very moisturizing or like it's absorbing into my lips at all. It just feels like a thin layer of oil on the surface. Rather than removing dead skin, it just seems to temporarily press it down. It might be because it's an oil-based product, making it feel heavier. This product is meant to be used for moisturizing, not for color, so I wonder why they added color to make it yellow. I'm still puzzled about that. When I looked in the mirror in the morning after using it, the dead skin on my lips had turned slightly yellow. I was really surprised at first, thinking I had an inflammation on my lips. The surface of my lips gets stained yellow, just so you know! I tried applying it over another matte lip product, hoping it would make my lips look more lively and plump... but no. It just made my lips look like I had just eaten pork belly! This product is disappointing in many ways.

Pros
Sticky and shimmery. Feels like I've applied a lip gloss. The fluffy applicator is cute.
Cons
The tip turns white, so when I apply a tint or other lip product on top, the fluffy applicator gets stained red. After applying, it feels thick, sticky, and the flaky skin doesn't settle down, leaving a slightly rough texture. Not great... really not great...

In the winter, I accidentally bought the wrong tint and it caused severe flaking, but I applied this every night and it calmed down and became healthier.
Cons
It was applied too heavily and it was difficult to use, so it would get messy when eating from a cup and felt sticky...
