I love that it's a dual product, so I can use it as needed in the morning and evening! When I apply the gel type in the morning, it's moisturizing and doesn't cause any pilling on my skin. At night, I use the cream type before bed, and my skin feels hydrated in the morning. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing, but I feel like the amount is a bit small. It ran out pretty quickly, unfortunately. While using a spatula is more hygienic, I personally found it a bit inconvenient. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 31, 2019
Skin type: combination dehydrated skin My skin tends to get oily quickly after cleansing, but I've learned that if I don't replenish the lack of hydration, that's what happens. Usually, I just apply a skin emulsion, but I realized the one I was using didn't suit me only after using more than half the bottle. During that time, I occasionally used this moisturizer. I didn't experience any blemishes from adding this hydrating cream to my routine. The good point is... well, it was just okay, so I don't have much to say. I bought it because the dual formula looked appealing, but it's a hassle. It's already annoying to apply skin emulsion, let alone mixing this. The cream inside seems a bit too rich for me. So these days, I only apply the transparent part on the outside. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 12, 2019
I'm currently using the full set of Centellian Skin Ampoule Emulsion Cream. As someone who focuses on managing blemishes, sensitivity, redness, and pores when choosing products, I find that the Centellian line leaves my skin feeling hydrated when I wake up in the morning. The toner seems to have a high alcohol content, as it feels quite strong. The emulsion and cream leave a slightly heavy feeling after application. I don't plan to repurchase. - gh****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2019
I love that the cream and hydrating moisturizer are separate! It's fantastic that I can use them in the ratio I want. For example, I can increase the proportion of the hydrating moisturizer at night. After application, it feels slightly bouncy, but not sticky at all. It really suits my skin well! There's no fragrance... I think adding a slightly cooling scent would make it even more pleasant to apply. Rather than applying them separately, I find it's better to mix them with different ratios each time. It feels like it absorbs well into the skin! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 8, 2018
This product is great for nighttime use... Only use it during the day when you're not wearing makeup. When I apply it before bed, my skin looks amazing. Even when I wake up in the morning, the hydration is still there! When I apply this before makeup, my foundation doesn't adhere well. It's okay under sunscreen, but with BB cream or foundation, it causes pilling and poor application... Despite its dual formula... I also use it as an eye cream substitute~ It's to prevent wrinkles around the eyes... The dual formula makes it really good for this purpose~ - wi********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 16, 2018
I found this cream while searching for a long-lasting moisturizer. I love that the gel and cream parts don't mix, allowing me to combine them only when I want. It's great because I can choose to apply just the gel for a light feel, or mix in the cream at night, giving me the flexibility to use it as I please. It would be more convenient if the container was divided in half, clearly separating the gel and cream sections. - mo*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2018
As someone with extremely sensitive, unpredictable skin that drastically changes with the seasons - from severely dry in winter to suddenly oily in late spring - I've found this product to be perfect for those transitional periods. It's lightweight yet offers a soothing effect that calms my skin without feeling heavy. The hydration it provides is just right, not overwhelming at all. I stumbled upon it while testing products at Costco and now it's become my absolute favorite! When my skin is particularly sensitive, I apply a generous amount before bed, and by morning, my complexion is noticeably calmer. It even lifts my mood to see such improvement! The only slight inconvenience is that the gel and cream formulas are separated, which can make application a bit tricky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 24, 2018
The absorption and hydration were both poor, and I got a lot of blemishes on my face. The clerk gave me this when I asked for the best-selling cream at Watson's. I guess it was my fault for buying it impulsively... It absorbs poorly, lacks hydration, and caused a lot of blemishes on my face. I'm going to exchange it because the breakout is so severe. It really doesn't suit my skin at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMay 24, 2017
This cream allows you to mix hydration and madecassoside, enabling you to balance oil and moisture. Every spring, my cheeks usually sting and get extremely red after cleansing and applying skincare, but this product didn't cause any tingling sensation. I was intrigued by its unique texture. I can only use this as a night cream. When I apply cushion foundation or liquid foundation after using it in the morning, it causes pilling. The ingredients are also disappointing. I thought it was gentle since it didn't irritate my super sensitive skin, but after checking on Hwahae, I found the ingredients weren't as good as I expected. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 8, 2017
After loving the Madeca cream, I was on the hunt for a hydrating moisturizer! The product I bought has a cream texture in the middle and a gel texture on the outer ring. You can mix them or apply them separately, allowing you to customize it to your skin's needs! I had high hopes after loving the Madeca cream, but mixing the cream and gel doesn't absorb well. I had to keep patting it in, and after a while, it pills like eraser shavings. Worst of all, it caused a blemish explosion! I bought two thinking I'd use them quickly, inspired by the Madeca cream. Just because products are from the same line doesn't mean they'll work equally well for you. I tried the inner cream part alone, hoping it would be like the Madeca cream. It didn't cause blemishes, but it wasn't nearly as effective as the Madeca cream. It was just okay. The outer gel doesn't seem to suit me. It's supposed to be hydrating, but I can't use the 'hydrating' part of my hydrating cream. I'm only using the inner cream to not waste it. Lesson learned: Don't buy an entire product line just because you loved one item and they're from the same company. I'm using the outer gel that doesn't suit my face on my elbows and heels. Can't let it go to waste!
