The cooling sensation was so refreshing and nice. The formula is thin, just like regular shampoo. But it's not a foaming product. It's easy to use too - you just squeeze it out and apply it directly to the scalp, then massage it in like you would when shampooing. I'm a bit worried that using it too often might irritate my scalp, so I only do it about twice a week. And since you can use it on the hair as well, I don't need to use a separate conditioner after. It leaves my hair so soft and smooth haha. Personally, I'm very satisfied and plan to continue using it!!
