Since it's an oil-infused shampoo, my hair felt incredibly soft even after just shampooing! The fragrance is decent, and its cleansing effectiveness was satisfactory. While it worked wonders during winter, I'd advise against using it in spring and summer. I don't usually sweat much on my scalp or have issues with hair odor, but as the weather got warmer, I noticed an increase in scalp odor. My hair also started to get oily more quickly. With prolonged use, my scalp became itchy. Thankfully, no other issues arose, but it was still uncomfortable.
