The intense rose scent is divine, and when your lips are bare, it gives a subtle pink tint. It absorbs without any stickiness, which I absolutely adore! I've tried lip oils from Plantnatural and Etude, but this one's my favorite by far! The rose gold mirror cap is a clever touch - I use it as a mirror when I don't have one handy. In winter, I keep one in every coat pocket, so my lips never get a chance to dry out. Even with matte lipsticks, it adds a glossy finish that hides fine lines. For me, it's been a game-changer! The scent is lovely, the packaging is beautiful, and it feels great to apply. I love that it has a subtle tint too! Personally, this is my holy grail lip oil. Well... I love this product so much that I can't really find any faults. If I had to pick something, I guess it would be the price. It's quite expensive! First off, I love that it's not sticky like a gloss. It's so moisturizing! It's perfect as a nourishing oil lip balm to apply before bed or when you're running to the store without makeup. The scent is absolutely divine! Honestly, I haven't found anything to complain about yet. For a lip oil, it's not slippery or sticky at all! It has just the right amount of tackiness and hydration, which is really nice. I bought this after seeing reviews saying it gives a slight tint, but for me, there's absolutely no color payoff. My lips remain their same pale shade. Also, the moisturizing effect doesn't last long. It feels like the hydration is gone within an hour. While I appreciate that it's not sticky, the staying power is just too short. If you're going to apply color separately and then put this on top, you might as well just use a tinted lip balm! It has a lovely rose scent. For a lip oil, it's not too sticky! (The texture isn't slippery like typical oils.) As someone who dislikes stickiness, I found this level quite pleasant. I appreciated the clear, colorless formula. It makes your lips look plump and beautiful while providing good hydration. I'm considering repurchasing. Those who dislike rose scents might not enjoy this. The plump, moisturized feeling doesn't last very long. Still, it's above average.

The tip is tinted pink, suggesting a slight color change, but once applied to the lips, there's hardly any noticeable difference. When applied like a lip gloss, it gives a nice shimmer. It's quite pleasant as it's not sticky, but I'm not sure about how well it absorbs... The package claims it soothes dead skin cells, but that's literally all it does... It seems to just calm the flakes without actually removing them. I don't feel like it absorbs at all. The dead skin cells remain stubbornly attached to my lips. While it doesn't flake off and does seem to soothe, that's about it. It doesn't remove anything. It might maintain your lips if they're already in good condition, but I don't think it can improve them if you're dealing with flaky skin or poor lip health. Personally, I'm not a fan of this feeling... I think I prefer Kiehl's. I'll just use this as a lip gloss instead. It looks like a clear lip oil, but when applied, it subtly changes color to a beautiful pink shade. It's so pretty that you don't even need to wear a tint - this alone is gorgeous! Unless you're a fan of rose scents, I had no idea the fragrance would be this overpowering and headache-inducing. It feels like I'm wearing perfume on my lips. Also, the price point is quite high... I love that it's not sticky. My lips used to crack frequently, but after using this, it happens less often. It has a bit of color, so it doesn't make me look too pale. I never imagined I'd be tasting rose fragrance. When applied over lip tint, it enhances the color and reduces the appearance of dead skin cells.

It's so versatile, which is really appealing. It moisturizes, acts as a lip gloss, and even helps with dead skin cells. The amount is generous too - I've been using it almost daily for 6 months and I've only used up half the product. The price is a bit disappointing. If it were $8, I'd stock up immediately. But at $18... it makes me hesitate a bit, haha! Oh! For those planning to use this over lipstick or lip tint for added shine, I recommend applying the lip oil with your finger or a cotton swab. It applies smoothly and moisturizes without feeling sticky, which I love. Perfect for adding a subtle touch of life to your lips! As someone who's not a fan of strong rose scents, I appreciate that the rose fragrance isn't overpowering. One downside is that it tends to pick up other products when layered, which isn't ideal. While this is common with many lip products, it's worth noting. After applying over other products, it's best to wipe the applicator tip clean. If you put it back in the container without cleaning, it might contaminate the oil inside.
