  The It's Skin It's Top Italian Lip Liner is made in the same Italian factory as the place that makes my lip pencils. It's a very pretty coral pink, completely different from the swatch photo. The application is smooth, and even just using the lip liner alone, without layering lipstick, it makes my lips look incredibly beautiful, so I didn't even think about adding anything else. I don't usually use lip liners much, but I was tempted to get this one. But my mom liked it even more, so I gave it to her. It's a coral pink that anyone would find pretty. It's really different from the swatch - it's truly beautiful.
