I used this on my skin when I suddenly got a breakout of tiny bumps, and the next day they were completely gone - like magic! Since then, I've been using it consistently 3-4 times a week. It's gentle enough for daily use, but I especially love how it seems to have a calming effect when my skin suddenly flares up. The sheet mask size is a bit awkward, leaving an empty space right under the eyes. I wish the sheet could cover that area without any gaps.
