Pros
I've been using it for a year, and while the coverage isn't incredibly strong, I bought it specifically to cover my dark circles, so I don't use it very often, but it's decent enough. :) As someone with dry skin, I like that the concealer is quite moisturizing and doesn't dry out or crack. And the concealer shade matches my skin tone well, so it's not noticeable. I think this would be a good match for those with yellowish, darker complexions like mine.
Cons
The coverage is a bit weak, so it doesn't seem to cover much beyond my dark circles. It also applies a bit thickly. The packaging is also not great - the product leaks out the sides as you use it, and the printed text on the side wears off easily, even though I don't treat it roughly. And possibly due to the ingredients, I've occasionally gotten blemishes in the areas where I've applied it. 🥲
Tip
The concealer is quite moisturizing, so you'll need to make sure to apply it and let it set well before gently patting it in.

Pros
I have skin type 23. The blemish and acne coverage worked well. It was not too matte and had a nice, moisturized finish!! The Clio product also covered my dark circles well. Compared to the color, it is closer to my natural skin tone.
Cons
I actually bought it to cover my dark circles, but it doesn't cover them well. I can't even return it, so I'll try to use it to cover my acne. But I'll still try to use it for my dark circles too. I feel even more upset since I bought it at full price when it wasn't on sale.
Tip
If you apply a small amount of it and pat it gently, it covers well. For the dark circles, it seems like it will work if you apply it properly. Even when applying a lot, the color doesn't look unnatural since it's a dark shade.

Pros
As you know, if you have combination skin, blemishes tend to appear mainly in the oily areas... When choosing a base, the most important factor for me is whether it breaks down beautifully, and this product met that criteria. There are sometimes foundations or concealers that melt and separate due to oil, but this one was different. It blended well with the foundation and didn't look patchy or cakey when it broke down. It's moisturizing, so it's not burdensome around the eye area, and the coverage is about 80% - not perfect, but pretty good. I'd recommend this to those who prefer a dewy base over a matte makeup look.
Cons
The longevity is a bit disappointing, but you can reapply it without any visible edges.

Pros
It's just the right amount of moisture, perfect for covering dark circles and pigmentation! I think this could also be used for shading if I get an even darker shade. It blends in well even when applied hastily with my fingers.
Cons
Applying it too thickly and then layering skin on top can cause it to look a bit cakey. But it's not really a big deal... only on the days when my skin isn't in the best condition.
Tip
Instead of just dotting it on the dark circles, apply it more broadly across the lower part of the dark circles and blend upwards. (+It doesn't tend to cake up!)

It's very moisturizing and applies better than other concealers. The amount is good and the staying power is quite strong.
Cons
But, in my opinion, the coverage isn't that great. And it has a lot more yellow tones than I expected, so the difference from my skin color is quite noticeable.

It's affordable, moisturizing, and sets well! The amount is generous and it's pretty good.

I didn't have any breakouts, but too much product came out from the tip, making it difficult to control the amount... The black line underneath the lid? was leaking out and made my pouch all dirty...; The color was also a bit yellowish and reddish..haha

I really liked the #23 product! It was moisturizing and great. The color was quite natural and similar to my skin tone. I purchased it from Olive Young and got it for around 8,000 won since it was on sale today.
Cons
I don't think there were any particular downsides to using it so far.
Tip
For those of you with dry skin like me, mixing a brightening cream or a hydrating cream in the winter can help prevent any dryness or flakiness. I mix in a brightening cream and it makes my skin look more radiant and prevents any peeling.

The 23rd Yellow Base Concealer has a moisturizing and moderate coverage, and as it has good adherence and lasting power, it has become one of my favorite products.
Cons
The disappointing aspect of using it is that the ingredients are not that great, so while it used to be one of my go-to items, after installing the Hwahae app, I don't reach for this concealer as much anymore. 😿
