On the days when I use the White Crystal Pack and then also the Airy Relief Mud Pack, my skin feels so nourished and hydrated.

I have dry skin and seborrheic dermatitis.
When cleansing, the tiny salt granules in the pack irritate and sting my skin. 
Using it about once a week seems to be good.


Even when using a small amount, the face becomes so soft and smooth after using the pack.

but it seems to have disrupted my skin's barrier, causing dryness. 
I'm now torn between the smooth skin and the dryness.
