Pros
After using this toner for nearly 3 years, it has become the best one for me. I have acne-prone skin and am extremely sensitive. Other toners like medicated, hyaluronic, and more intensive ones didn't work for me, but this one is perfect. It's incredibly gentle and hydrating, with no irritation at all. I soak a 1/2 cotton pad with it and leave it on my face - the cooling sensation goes away quickly.
Cons
Ah... it's expensive...but I go through it really fast...it's truly heartbreaking.

Even for sensitive skin that is prone to skin troubles just by using oil and cream products, this is recommended. It is mild yet has good moisture.

It's really mild and moisturizing.. It's a great alcohol-free hydrating toner, so I often use it like a pack on dry days haha. I think it's perfect for combination/sensitive skin. It provides a good amount of hydration while being gentle.
Cons
The only disappointing thing was the scent, which was a bit unpleasant at first, possibly the signature Biore scent.

I don't know why this isn't popular. I've tried a lot of products that are good for sensitive combination skin, but this is the first time I've found one that's so gentle, has very high moisture, and doesn't leave any tightness. The price is expensive and it's not on sale often, but on extremely dry days, I layer it three times. In the summer, I use it as a cleansing balm once and the moisturizing effect lasts long with the next skincare product. I was using this before and ran out, so I tried the Sidmool Arkbasis Skin, but I immediately felt the tightness again. Now I've settled on this one.
