Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 27, 2018It's a color-changing lip balm. I love how it transforms into a beautifully flattering shade. After using this, I noticed more dead skin cells on my lips. I bought it to avoid carrying both a tint and a lip balm separately, but now I regret it.

I'm planning to get rid of all my e.l.f. products though, as their ingredients are too iffy. I probably won't repurchase due to the propylene and paraben content. The ingredients are just too concerning. It looks lovely even when I just apply this after using an eye primer and the Taku lip product.
