It provides a refreshing sensation. When I was pregnant and had swollen feet, applying and massaging it helped relieve the swelling. There may be individual differences, but... The texture is not too sticky, but has a slightly slippery feel, which seems good for massaging.

The swelling definitely subsides well, and the moisturizing power is so good that I don't even need to apply a separate body lotion. ^^
Cons
I don't think there's anything I'm particularly unhappy about. I'll try it out a bit more first.
Tip
Massaging the lymphatic area would probably be even better.
