It feels like just applying a light lotion. After 2-3 applications, it becomes noticeably whitening and has a slightly tinted product, so it seems to cover the veins a bit. It applies very smoothly on smooth areas like the arms. I tried it with a friend, and we didn't have any breakouts like some others. The subtle peach scent and the affordable shipping cost make it seem like a good value for the price.
Cons

I bought it at school to wear simply and properly, and I like it!! It has a milky caramel scent and I like it!! It's in a cream form, so you can just slather it on, and it seems worth the price. Also, yesterday I didn't wash it off and went straight to bed, but it didn't really get all messed up.

The makeup did not clump and it was not too bright, just a slight glow which I liked. I did not experience any breakouts while using it:)
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because I have fine hair, but if I apply too much, it tends to spread out a lot. A little goes a long way, but I couldn't apply it heavily without it being noticeable.
