While searching for a base product, I discovered 3CE's Glow Beam! After checking Hwahae, I saw it had decent ingredients and positive reviews, so I decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations! It's a holy grail product that turns even dry skin into a skin-deceiver, giving you that perfect egg-shell glow! * Blendable texture Initially, I used it in this order: sunscreen -> primer -> Glow Beam -> foundation. Currently, I'm mixing it with liquid foundation, and it works amazingly well with a damp sponge! * Luminous glow + hydration Say goodbye to deep dryness! It's closer to a luminous glow rather than a dewy finish. When applied, it feels like it's coating the skin with a glossy texture, seemingly locking in moisture. It stays hydrated without any tightness, even as time passes.
Cons* The texture isn't as light as you might expect Some may find it a bit heavy (it's almost like applying a thin layer of ointment). For dry skin types, it should work well in spring, fall, and winter. However, in summer, there's a risk of looking like an oil factory on your face... * The packaging is still an issue This seems to be a common complaint. It's not easy to control the amount, and it can leak, so you need to keep the cap ready and close it immediately after use. * Hair tends to stick to it Well, this is unfortunately one of the biggest downsides of a dewy finish (But we can't give up on that glow!) After application, you need to lightly dust translucent powder along the edges of your face, down the bridge of your nose, and around the eyes.
TipI'm currently using it in combination with Giorgio Armani's Silk Lasting Foundation in shade 2, and it works well. It helps combat dryness and gives a thin, transparent, and smooth finish as if you naturally have good skin. The best part is how beautifully it wears off!
