So I was looking for a small-sized lip and eye remover, as I don't use it that often, and I found a 50ml version. It seems perfect for people like me who don't need a lot or for those looking for a travel-sized option. I tested it on the mascara in the photo, which is from Clio and known for being super long-lasting, and it removed it well! Of course, it doesn't come off with just one swipe - you need to press gently for a few seconds to let it dissolve and then it removes easily. (The redness on my skin in the mascara area is because I tried using cleansing water on half of it before this lip and eye remover, and it didn't work, so I rubbed too hard!)
ConsThe oily ingredients leave a slightly slippery feeling. It's not particularly cheap for the amount you get!

When I try to use the remover, the cotton pad zooms past like I'm at a busy train station, and it splashes somewhere with a 'splat!' It reminds me of those warm childhood memories of playfully squirting water at friends in the pool.
ConsBut the nostalgia is short-lived as I'm left wondering where the remover flew off to. Its transparent color and not-so-ideal texture make me anxious thinking about it potentially leaving slippery residue somewhere. There was a time when I had to start from scratch with basic skincare after a bad product choice wreaked havoc on my skin. The CareZone Skin Emulsion saved me then, so I trusted their remover too. While the ingredients might be gentle, it doesn't remove mascara well. Rubbing diligently until the remover gets in my eyes feels more harmful than using a stronger remover that removes makeup effortlessly. I'm not sure if developing patience for the tingling sensation is a pro or a con, but I'm mentioning it here because I'm too lazy to go back up.
TipIf you use cotton swabs like me, try holding the remover and slowly pressing the pump with two fingers to pool the liquid, then apply it to the swab. It's much easier! However, I wouldn't recommend this for those who use intense mascaras like Kiss Me or Maybelline and are impatient like me. I didn't realize it before, but after reading reviews, it seems the cleansing effectiveness is good if you remove makeup slowly. Since that's unlikely to happen in my lifetime, I think I'll just have fun pressing the pump extra times and playfully spraying it on my vanity wall for a quick flex before buying a new one.

The large size is definitely a plus.
ConsIt's too oily, making my skin feel slippery. It stings a bit if it gets in my eyes.

The large-sized container has a pump dispenser, making it convenient to use. 2. The ingredients are excellent. 3. It cleanses effectively. 4. When purchased during sales, the price is quite reasonable. It's important to use plenty of cleanser to remove makeup gently without irritation. Soak a soft cotton pad generously and leave it on for at least 10 seconds. It even removed false eyelashes and heavy TV makeup effectively. For products with glitter, use a cotton swab to clean thoroughly, then finish with a cotton pad soaked in toner for a perfect cleanse.
Cons- It can sting a bit if it gets in your eyes, but this seems common for all lip and eye makeup removers. However, it's less irritating compared to other products. - It has an oil layer, so you need to shake it before use. - It feels slightly slippery, so you must remove any residue with a cotton pad after cleansing.
TipThe container design was one of the reasons for purchasing this product, so I highly recommend buying the larger size rather than the smaller one. After mixing the oil layer, soak a 5-ply cotton pad thoroughly, then split it in half for easier use.

My previous lip and eye makeup remover stung my eyes terribly, causing redness for someone like me with dry eye syndrome. Finally, I decided to try a new remover and headed to Olive Young. Seeing it was gentle, I bought it on the spot and tried it that night... It felt so comfortable on my eyes! Even though I often wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner, it removed everything without any pain or irritation around my eyes. There was no irritation at all, and the opening is designed for easy control of the amount. If you're tired of eye discomfort and want a remover that's gentle even when you rub vigorously, give this one a try!
ConsThe downside is that you need to shake it before each use due to its dual-layer formula. Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but after shaking and using it, the bottle feels slippery, as if oil has leaked somewhere. While the amount control is excellent, I can't figure out where the oil is leaking from.
TipI recommend first using the Care Zone Lip and Eye Remover to clean your eye area and lips, then following up with a cleansing foam for your entire face. If you break down your cleansing routine into steps, it will help minimize irritation even when using a gentle remover. This isn't a strict rule, but since your skin is precious, try to cleanse in a way that causes the least irritation possible.

I'm satisfied with how well it removes makeup. It doesn't irritate my eyes or cause any stinging sensation!
ConsWell, it has an oily texture that makes it feel slippery when removing makeup. It's like an oil-based remover? Anyway, if you don't like this kind of feeling, you might want to look for something else! It's not too bad though, so I found it okay overall.
TipI found this at Olive Young - 110ml+50ml+40 cotton pads for just over 10,000 won. If you don't need a large size, I recommend getting the set I bought! I especially like it because I didn't have to buy cotton pads separately.

I felt confident buying it since Hwahae confirmed its safe ingredients. I usually can't use water-based removers because they sting my eyes, but this product combines oil and water, so I didn't experience any discomfort. Of course, it would still hurt if it got directly in your eyes! But I found it great for removing smudged mascara or eyeliner near the delicate eye area without much irritation. It cleanses thoroughly with minimal irritation. I'm already on my third bottle - that's how much I love it! Highly recommended!
ConsSince it's a product that mixes oil and water layers, there's a slight slippery feeling after cleansing. But that's not a big issue since I follow up with a foam cleanser for double cleansing anyway.
