However, don't make the mistake of over-spraying it like a body mist - that could lead to a disaster. It's crucial to use just the right amount.

Packaging: The transparent bottle with a pastel gradient at the bottom is visually appealing, allowing you to see the contents while adding a nice color touch. Inside, there are clear beads that give it an aquarium-like feel. When you tilt the bottle to spray, there's a refreshing jingling sound, which adds an auditory dimension to the soap scent. I thought this was a unique and clever design choice.

The cap is made of clear plastic and fits snugly on the rectangular perfume bottle.

Volume: As far as I know, it's only available in 80ml, which I find to be a decent size. I usually go for larger bottles when it comes to perfumes, but 80ml seems just right.

User experience: True to its 'Watery Shampoo' name, it has a shampoo scent that's about 90% similar to a shampoo I used to use, which made it even more appealing to me. How long can a 'fresh out of the shower' scent really last?
I recommend buying the small refill bottle often sold alongside these perfumes in Japanese drugstores or Don Quijote. Alternatively, you can find decent 100 yen travel spray bottles at Japanese Daiso stores that work surprisingly well.

Scents I usually can't tolerate: aldehydes, lily of the valley, black currant, peony, patchouli, strong vanilla, melon, watermelon, and other watery notes.
Typically, clean-smelling perfumes contain watery notes, aldehydes, lily of the valley, or peony, but this one doesn't cause any discomfort or feel overwhelming. Even my mom, who's not a fan of perfumes, praised this scent!
